10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, which must be returned in its original, new and unused condition with the decorative packaging, within ten (10) days from the date you received your shipment from Olivero Designs. You must return the item(s) insured and with a tracking number. Your item(s) will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Your return package must be received and item(s) deemed in new, unused condition by Olivero Designs before a refund will be submitted.  You may choose a refund or receive store credit. * 10 day money back guarantee does not apply to custom jewelry.  To process your return, please contact us within 10 days from purchase date to receive an RA#.  * No returns will be accepted without prior approval and an RA#.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Olivero Designs custom jewelry. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of each product we manufacture. Please retain your original receipt for all warranty services. We kindly agree to repair or exchange any item that we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft. Repair or service performed by anyone other than Olivero Designs will immediately void the warranty.
